Description
SpiroFit is a portable metabolic analyzer designed for precise real-time assessment of performance and metabolism. It enables the direct measurement of key parameters such as VO2max, resting metabolic rate, energy expenditure, as well as fat and carbohydrate oxidation.
With a high sampling rate of up to 400 Hz, SpiroFit provides detailed insights into individual physiological responses to exercise and supports the determination of ventilatory thresholds and accurate training zones. It can be used both at rest and under load, in indoor and outdoor environments.
SpiroFit operates without external calibration. The system calibrates automatically using ambient air, ensuring immediate readiness and seamless integration into existing training and coaching workflows.
Combined with the SpiroFit App and the My SpiroFit Cloud, collected data is structured, analyzed, and stored for long-term tracking. This creates a reliable basis for data-driven decisions in training, coaching, and performance development.
